The dynamic husband and wife team, Ricardo and Felicia has a passion for service excellence and will do their best to ensure that your visit to our beautiful country is a memorable one. They started their Tourism business due to their passion and ability of interacting with people. Together they live out their Company’s slogan which is “Taking travelling to new heights” through sound planning, discipline and good management practice.

Ricardo who  has been in the customer service industry for more than 15 years  together with his wife, Felicia, a chemistry  graduate with 20 years experience in the  Crude and Petrochemical, the complex polymer and  the forensic science arenas,  together have the necessary skills, expertise, determination, motivation and creativity to operate their business. They believe in teamwork by combining their strength to achieve together what they cannot achieve alone. Being serious about  what they do, while having fun in the process.

Their company’s core business focus is to offer clients that are ‘service seeking’ reassurance of a worldclass Quality Service Delivery experience “first time” and with continuation.

They have two lovely daughters, Reecia and Zeetha. Their business  are based in Soneike, Kuilsriver, an up-market township in the Northern Suburbs. There is access roads leading to the national road R300, which is in the vicinity of Cape Town International Airport and Stellenbosch Arterial Road, which is the artery leading to the Stellenbosch Wine Route and the famous Spier Tourist Attraction.
